• Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are the prices in effect at the time of checkout.
• We may change prices, promotions, and product availability at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustration; actual packaging may vary as manufacturers update designs.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, limit, or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock shortages, or failed age verification.

• Accepted payment methods include Paystack (card), Flutterwave, bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery where available.
• Payments are processed securely by our certified payment partners; we never store your card details.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

• Using the Site if you are under 18, or purchasing on behalf of a minor.
• Reselling products obtained from the Site without authorization.
• Attempting to interfere with, probe, or damage the Site or its security.

The Site and its products are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAXVAPOR is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of our products. Nicotine is an addictive chemical; use vaping products responsibly and keep them away from children and pets.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including the National Tobacco Control Act (NTCA) and its regulations. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Lagos, Nigeria.
