You must be 18 or older
By Nigerian law, you must be at least 18 years of age to purchase vaping products. Vaping products contain nicotine, an addictive chemical, and are strictly for adult use.
By placing an order with MAXVAPOR, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that any products purchased are for your own adult use.
ID Verification at Checkout
We verify age at checkout and may request valid government-issued ID before processing or delivering your order. Accepted forms of identification include:
- National ID (NIN)
- Driver's License
- Voter's Card
- International Passport
Our courier may also ask to see ID on delivery. Orders that cannot be age-verified may be cancelled and refunded.
Legal Basis
Vaping is legal in Nigeria for adults aged 18 and above. The National Tobacco Control Act (NTCA) and its 2019 Regulations provide the legal framework for tobacco and nicotine products, covering advertising restrictions, health warnings, and age restrictions. MAXVAPOR fully complies with all applicable laws governing the sale of vaping products in Nigeria.

- We do not sell to anyone under 18, or to adults purchasing on behalf of a minor.
